Orders are paid securely through PayPal at checkout. Prices are shown in US dollars.

Shipping

We currently ship to the following countries:

North America: United States, Canada

Europe: United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, France, Italy, Switzerland, Austria, Spain, Portugal

Oceania: Australia, New Zealand

Checkout only accepts delivery addresses in these countries. If yours is not listed, we are not able to ship to it yet.

Carrier and delivery times

Orders are sent as small international parcels with Cainiao. Delivery usually takes 10–20 days, depending on the destination.

Returns

We offer returnless refunds: if a refund is agreed for your order, you will not be asked to send the incense back.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and photos showing the damage to the parcel and the items. Once the damage is confirmed, we will send you a replacement at no extra cost.
